About the park

St. Modwen Park Doncaster extends across 27 acres and is an established business location off Wheatley Hall Road, one of the main arterial routes into Doncaster.

Phase 1 was completed in late 2016, with Robert Bosch Limited occupying a 35,000 sq ft unit and 41,000 sq ft is now a northern hub for DB Schenker on behalf of Northern Rail.

The final phase 3 was completed in February 2020 and further improves on the design principles of phases 1 and 2, which set a new benchmark for industrial units in Doncaster.  The three units have high-bay warehouse and grade A specification offices with raised access floors, lift access and combined heating cooling ventilation. All units are now let.

St. Modwen Park Doncaster also has 240,000 sq ft of cost effective refurbished warehouse space which is home to McGregor Transport, National Grid and Stoneacre.
