Our parks

Our parks foster a community spirit amongst customer, with employees and businesses alike benefitting from a range of services, wellbeing facilities and green spaces across all our newly-developed parks. We encourage and facilitate green travel wherever possible and support local area amenities.

In addition, our customers are supported by a dedicated property management team who warmly welcome all and quickly respond to their needs during their time on the park.

All new buildings are designed with sustainability at the heart. Our Swan Standard ensures each development features a range of energy-saving features such as increased natural lighting, airtight cladding and even low-energy lifts and loos.

In addition, units over 70,000 sq ft come complete with photovoltaic solar panels and minimum EPC A ratings as standard, as well as being BREEAM certified. On top of the cost savings, these initiatives also help St. Modwen Logistics’ customers to achieve their own carbon reduction targets.
